Rebecca has spent 9 years in cross-border trade and global sourcing — first inside Alibaba.com, then deep inside the commercial cleaning equipment industry.
During nearly 6 years at Alibaba.com, Rebecca worked in key account operations, serving over 3,000 Chinese export suppliers. This gave her a deep understanding of how Chinese factories present themselves to overseas buyers, how buyers search and evaluate suppliers, and where the information gap and trust gap most commonly appear on both sides.
After leaving Alibaba, she moved closer to the industry itself — visiting factories, working with suppliers, learning how products are developed and how quality is checked, and gaining hands-on experience with export processes, payment coordination, logistics, and after-sales handling in real commercial deals.
